This message is for owners who pay assessments online. Zego, our online payment service, sent the notice below regarding a usage fee increase effective 

August 17, 2026. Please review if you use this payment method. Additional information will be shared after August 17, 2026.
 

After much deliberation, we at Zego have deemed it necessary to adjust our rates in order to keep pace with our increasing data protection costs, PCI/processing costs, operating costs, and to offer the best service possible. 

In accordance with the limits set forth in your agreement, beginning August 17th, 2026, there will be a 2.9% CPI (Consumer Price Index) increase in the price of our processing and billing fees. Someone from our support team will reach out in the coming weeks to help facilitate these changes.

This was a tough decision to make, and we understand how it affects our customers. Therefore, we thank you for your ongoing support and trust that these changes will help us continue providing you with premium quality and service.
